The company has a melting furnace and a compression pressure casting machine of a quarter of a ton; the casting process is performed by professional and skilled workers who received theoretical and practical training and are under constant supervision.

The casting process is an ancient method designed to manufacture and duplicate products. At the heart of the process is the mold. The mold can be infused or filled with liquid raw material. At the end of the process the raw material turns into solid following a cooling process using metal or plastic materials, the drying of the liquid, or a chemical reaction.

Following the casting process the product continues on to the finishing process which includes breaking sharp edges, polishing, and engraving different carvings on demand.

IKON has 60 years of experience and a vast reputation in casting; the company specializes mainly in brass and aluminum casting, which is also its main trade.

Within the framework of the sub-contracting the company provides contracting services to companies in need of professional casting services, casting mold building, and work up to the completed product.
