IKON ltd. was established in 1949 and has a long experience in automatic turning and exact matching in large series of parts in a high complexity level and from a large variety of metals and different materials.
IKON's automatic turning division is one of the leaders in Israel and it specializes in sub contracting for automatic turning works and manual turning in diameters of 0 to 36 mm, according to sketches and technical specifications and according to the client's demands.
The factory's production alignment is equipped with state of the art modern engineering systems and about 10 automatic turners and manual turners of the best in the world.
IKON's sub-contracting services are provided to its clients all over the country and in indirect export to companies all over the world from a variety of advanced industries such as the Ministry of Defense, aerospace industries, electronic equipment industries, watering and irrigation industries, the metal casting industry, automobile industries, advanced medical and dental equipment industries and the high tech industry.
The factory includes three production departments: an automatic turning department, a secondary actions and finishing department, and a manual turning department. The factory is prepared to provide a quick response to both small manufacturing series and to large ones of hundreds of thousands of parts. In addition the company provides its clients with the option to receive special coating and polishing on demand.
